Over several decades The Institute for Consciousness Research coordinated a special event each summer. (Thanks to much dedicated volunteer work.)

Speakers and guests were invited every year to a  countryside gathering in southwestern Ontario,  Canada, for a weekend of talks on Kundalini and related subjects, and as  well  lots of rewarding discussion and visiting, accompanied by healthy vegetarian fair. These gatherings were popular and much anticipated.

The pandemic made these gatherings unsafe. ICR learned to adapt and found, like people all around the globe, that Zoom  video conferencing is a valuable vehicle in which we can come together in a learning and sharing environment which is safe, convenient and efficient, even if the one-on-one sharing and the vegetarian meals cannot be a part of our conferences.
